Location: Concord, CA (District-Level Role)
As our District Sales Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing outside sales team while driving both B2B and B2C sales growth across your district. In this role, you will work closely with Sales Representatives to identify, prioritize, and convert sales opportunities into long-term partnerships, while also nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships.
You'll collaborate closely with our Leadership Team and branch operations to shape sales strategy, improve processes, and scale the team for continued growth. This role is ideal for a high-energy, collaborative sales leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys developing people as much as closing deals.
